Most services are complete within 1-2 hours, but in some cases where extra troubleshooting is required then you can still be sure of a reasonable cost of service because:

 

Aussie PC Fix services are capped to a maximum of $240 for each computer, unless otherwise notified (plus any parts & callout fees) -  don't be caught out with excessive charges!

 

(Capped for Home & Home Office Users only. Does not include additional parts/software, hardware data recovery, training or call-out fees. You may not combine this offer with some Internet, networking, or wireless services)

 

 

Aussie PC Fix Services

 

Aussie PC Fix is not happy unless you are! Our difference is the high customer service we always aim to provide, along with a reliable and affordable service. We'll explain in plain English what is wrong with your computer, why it happened, how we'll fix it, and how to try to prevent the situation from occurring again in the future.

We can also demonstrate and/or document just how we fixed the problem, so if it happens again you could fix it yourself next time!

For customers that don't want to be bothered with any of the details, we can still provide you with a short written or verbal report, or you can just have piece of mind that the computer is fixed!

Onsite computer repair and support

No need to disassemble your PC from its home and unplug all those wires, then carry it over to the repair shop! Aussie PC Fix can travel to you for prompt and convenient on-site service. We can usually fix your problem the same or next day, so why wait?

 

Drop-off or pickup computer services welcome

Please contact us for our Latham (Belconnen) address and we can arrange a time for drop-off service. This is preferred especially for dead (or dying!) PCs, or when intensive troubleshooting is required.

You can also take advantage of our drop-off services such as guaranteed Virus/Spyware removal for $99, upgrades installed from only $40, or data recovery analysis for $40! All services are capped at maximum 3 hours ($240) unless otherwise notified.
