Learning how to email with programs such as email Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail or Eudora is easy, or you can try free webmail services such as Google Mail, Yahoo and Microsoft Hotmail. Maybe you want to learn how to search and use the Internet, download files, play music and video, burn CDs and DVDs, use webcams or VoIP, learn networking, or perform essential Windows maintenance tasks and backups.
Our certified trainer, Mark, has been teaching since college when he became a private tutor for school students studying Mathematics and various fields in Science. During his previous employment as an IT manager and administrator, Mark was also a trainer in Certificate II/III/IV for Computing, Business and Financial subjects. He also obtained his own Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training ('Train the Trainer'). Mark can adapt immediately to your level of computer experience and knowledge - and most importantly can explain things in plain English! |
